What is the difference between soft and hard enamel pins?
Soft enamel has recessed color areas with raised metal lines and a textured, dimpled feel. Hard enamel is filled and polished completely flat for a smooth, jewelry-like surface that is more durable but slightly more expensive.

Yes. We match every color to your exact Pantone specification, and we archive the enamel formulas so re-orders stay consistent.
What is the minimum order for custom pins?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For small club runs, ask us — we may be able to adapt an existing design.
Can I get a 3D molded pin instead of flat?
Yes. 3D molded (die-cast) pins are sculpted from zinc alloy for a fully dimensional logo or character, then plated and optionally color-filled.
If I reorder the same pin, will the colors and size match?
Yes. Your mold and Pantone enamel formulations are archived, so reorders use the same tooling with no new mold fee and consistent color and dimensions batch to batch — important for club members and multi-year badge series.
