We make custom medals. That's all we do. Since 2010, every medal we've produced — from a 100-piece local race order to a 50,000-piece national contract — has been made in our Huizhou, Guangdong factory, by our team, on our equipment.
Our Story
MedalOrigin started in 2010 as a small die-casting workshop in Huizhou, Guangdong — the manufacturing heartland of southern China. Our founder had one conviction: that event organizers deserved better than generic catalog medals with long lead times and indifferent service.
Fifteen years later, that workshop has grown into a full-service custom medal factory producing 30,000+ pieces every day. But the original conviction hasn't changed. We still believe every event — whether it's a 100-person local 5K or a 50,000-runner national marathon — deserves medals made with the same precision, the same materials, and the same care.
Our medals are worn in 50+ countries. We're one of the few custom medal manufacturers to hold Disney FAMA certification — which means our factory, labor practices, and supply chain have passed the audit standards of one of the world's most compliance-demanding brands. We hold seven other certifications (ISO 9001, BSCI, TUV Rheinland, Reach, RoHS, Sedex, USJ) for the same reason: because our clients' brands depend on our compliance, and we take that seriously.

Design Should Be Free
Charging for design creates an incentive to rush — get the client to approve something, anything, so we can move to production. Free design with unlimited revisions creates the opposite incentive: spend the time to get it right. Happy clients reorder. Unhappy clients don't.
